To continue teaching our students the importance of Child Safety and wellbeing, each class has weekly lessons that have been focusing on online/digital safety. Being safe online is a concept that children this day and age require as they are born into this world of phones, tablets, gaming devices and TVs that are constantly connected to the online world.

The children have been learning proper behaviour and etiquette when using our devices at school, while sharing experiences with their online activities at home.  Remember as parents it's highly important to monitor what your children are watching as popular sites such as Youtube can expose children to many images and themes that are not classified.

So next time your child is in the corner of the couch with the headphones on, ask them what they're watching and engage with them. I bet they would love to share.
