2025 School Improvement Survey
Our recent 2025 School Improvement Survey results provided many positives and some helpful insights for our ongoing growth. Both the Organisational and Teaching Climate showed an upward trend, with the strong Organisational Climate continuing to positively influence teaching and learning across the school.

Students in Years 3 and 4 showed improvements in the Student Wellbeing Aggregate Indicator, and although the Year 5 and 6 results were not as strong, this gives us clear direction as we continue to prioritise student wellbeing. In the social-emotional data, senior students’ Engagement in Learning showed a dip, while their Connectedness to Peers remained steady. This will continue to be an area of focus moving forward.

Teachers reported increased scores in Engagement and Learning data, and also highlighted high levels of Student Motivation and Engaging Classroom Practice. Importantly, our Innovation rating placed us in the top 25% of Victorian primary schools, which is a wonderful achievement.

We use this valuable feedback to guide our School Improvement priorities and ensure we are always working to provide the best for our students.
