Principal's Message

Dear families

Gratefulness Prayer for the End of Term

Loving God,
We thank You for the wonderful term we have shared together at school.
Thank You for the joy of celebrating with our grandparents, for the fun of our Talent Show and Disco,
and for the excitement of Book Week.

We are grateful for our teachers who guide us, care for us,
and help us to learn each day.
Please help us to listen carefully, try our best, and keep growing in knowledge and kindness.

Bless our families and friends, and keep us happy and safe during the holidays.
We make this prayer through Christ our Lord.

Amen.

Sports Dress Up Day

Today we came dressed in our favourite sports clothes.  The P&F provided a special hot lunch for us.  It was a great day.

Registration Authority

The VRQA (Victorian Registration and Qualifications Authority) makes sure all schools in Victoria meet the standards to provide students with a safe and high-quality education. This week we welcomed a representative from the VRQA to our school, and we are proud to share that we passed with flying colours!

Disco

We are very lucky to have a great P&F at school, who organised the best Disco recently for us.   Thank you so much to the parents who organised this for us, especially Narelle, Andrew, Jacqui, Ellie, Lisa and Hannah. We all had so much fun. Here are a few pics…

R U OK? Day

Recently we celebrated R U OK? day.  A group of senior students dressed up in yellow (the happy color for R U OK? day) and we visited the classrooms and promoted the very important message of genuinely checking in with each other.  We enjoyed healthy yellow treats (banana, pineapple, yellow kiwi fruit) and then we had 1 yellow banana lolly.  We watched an upbeat music clip of senior primary students singing the important messages of R U OK? day.  We had fun promoting this important day.

Parents please remember that the first day of term 4 is Tuesday October 7th. Monday is a professional learning day for teachers and there are no students at school this day.

May God continue to bless and guide us in our learning.
